We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies
This site uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first.
Who we share data with
Service providers who help us operate: website hosting (GitHub Pages), email (Google Workspace / ImprovMX), scheduling (Cal.com), accounting and, where required, legal advisers. Each is bound by contract to protect your data. Some providers are based outside the EU; transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiry data: 12 months after last contact. Engagement data: for the engagement plus 5 years. Invoicing records: 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent where consent was the basis. Write to hello@ayershospitality.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
Security
Data is stored on password-protected, encrypted systems with access limited to the people who need it.
