Every package is a fixed price agreed before we start. No day rates, no hourly billing, no surprises. Prices exclude VAT and are scoped to the size of your business. Travel outside the Porto area is charged at cost.
One day on site. We walk every area of the property and sit with you and your managers. With your figures for the past two years (and budgets, where they exist), you receive a written report within a week, including a 90-day action plan you can execute yourself or with us.
We work with your team to implement the actions you approve, over three months: twelve weekly sessions, on site or remote as agreed, covering pricing and rooms division, online reputation and food and beverage. The last session of each month is an in-depth review of progress against the plan.
An experienced general manager working alongside you and your team on a part-time basis - one day a week, on site wherever practical, plus phone and email between sessions. Ongoing, month to month after a three-month minimum. A fraction of the cost of a full-time executive. Staffing, hiring and dismissals, suppliers and contracts, expenditure and financial commitments, pricing and operational policy all remain your decisions.
From building site to stabilised operation. We advise and guide you and your chosen team through the opening: staffing plan, recruitment, training, property management system, budgeting, pricing and distribution. You and your team run the opening; we make sure nothing is missed.
For a non-performing property that is losing staff and losing its reputation. We work alongside you and your management team, draw up a plan to stabilise the business and guide the property back to health.
All prices exclude VAT. On-site days within the Porto metropolitan area include travel. Elsewhere in Portugal, travel is charged at cost - mileage at the official rate, tolls, flights and accommodation where needed - and for Lisbon, the Alentejo, the Algarve and the islands a €400 travel-day fee applies. Always agreed with you in advance.
In every engagement we advise, guide and work alongside your team. Decisions, and responsibility for them, stay with you as owner. What we ask of you: access to the property, your systems and your people; two years of figures; and one decision-maker who can approve actions quickly.
